Shipping Delays - COVID

Please be aware that all post and couriers are experiencing increased freight in their systems, reduced staffing due to social distancing and self isolation measures, depot closures due to covid outbreaks as well as ongoing lockdowns around the country.

These factors are beyond our control and we ask that you take them into consideration when placing your orders. We have been assured our amazing network of posties and couriers they are doing their absolute best to continue operations and minimise impact, however for their safety & the safety of their families and the community at large, delays are going to occur.

The main states impacted are VIC, NSW, and ACT. However this as a flow on affect to other states around the country as well as internationally as well.
We are still operational and dispatching all orders within 24 hours of receipt, however once these parcels enter the hands of posties and couriers, we have no control over delivery timeframes.

It has also been noted that there are tracking update delays within the Australia Post online tracking service. We are seeing that in some instances tracking updates are not being filtered through and some orders are arriving at their destination without updated tracking history. We continue to log these issues directly with Australia Post as we see them and we appreciate your patience while waiting for your orders to arrive.
