Oakmoss and Amber
A deep, earthy fragrance that perfectly captures a calm forest ambiance. Refreshing oakmoss dominates in this alluring scent, giving it a well-rounded level of depth. Finally, musk and woody notes come together with amber and lavender to create a refreshing fragrance.
Wyspworks says ‘When we began crafting this collection, we were inspired by many of the folkloric forest tales and myths that have been weaved over the centuries. Monsters, faeries, witches and spirits. Strange tales of magic, enchanted characters and menacing custodians. All have been an inspiration in some way, shape or form.
Silvanus is the Roman god of woodlands, forests and wild pastures. He is mysterious, peaceful and often seen alongside Pan and forest nymphs. Here we depict him crowned with a wreath of pine twigs, whilst holding an oak leaf, one of the most venerated trees in Rome, and symbolic of his divine status as a forest god.’

Their candles are made with an eco-friendly blend of natural soy wax, along with boutique fragrance oils and non-toxic, clean-burning wooden wicks that crackle as they burn. Each of our candles has been hand poured and lovingly crafted with care to ensure a quality product with a high scent throw and a long burn time.
Never leave your candle in direct sunlight, as this can damage the candle, unevenly melt the wax and ruin the scent throw.
It’s best to keep your candle somewhere cool and away from direct sunlight at all times.
The first time you use your candle, make sure that you allow it to burn long enough to ensure that your wax melts evenly and completely across the top. Doing this will ensure that the candle will burn evenly thereafter, eliminating any possibility of candle tunnelling.
You should also never leave your candle burning for more than 4 hours at a time. If you do, carbon can collect on the wick, creating a large flame that will cause your candle to smoke, release soot into the air and make the inside of your candle jar dirty.
TRIM YOUR WICK!
After each time you use your candle, you’ll notice that a small amount of soot has formed at the top of the wooden wick. Before relighting your candle again, be sure to trim the wick to keep it clean and soot free. Trimming your wick will keep your candle clean and eliminate smoky burns, thus giving your candle a longer life and cleaner burn.
It’s easy and requires no special tools to do it. With the wax
completely cool, simply break off the soot gently using your fingers or some paper towel, then discard it in the bin.
